In Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Pennsylvania (HighMark) & Independence Blue Cross PPO

Your financial responsibility, if any, would fall under the category of "Specialist". Given the precarious nature of insurance plans, I will ask that benefits are verified before we meet for an initial session.

You can determine my network status with your plan by calling the Member Services number on the back of your card, asking what your financial liability is for CPT code 90837 (individual psychotherapy) and if I am in network. My NPI is 1609018142 and the practice address is 87 N Broad Street, Doylestown PA 18901.

For all other insurance plans, I would be classified as an "Out of Network Provider".

Call the number associated with Eligibility & Benefits on the back of your insurance card.
Ask if you have Out of Network Provider Benefits for CPT code 90837 (60 minute psychotherapy) and what the deductible/remibursement rate is when seeing an out of network provider.

     

If you are eligible for reimbursement, I will either submit our claims on your behalf or provide you with a          "superbill" each month that you can submit along with a claim form. Your insurance company will send you        a check for the percentage your benefit allows once you have met your plan's deductible.

Private Pay

• Individual Therapy: $135/50 min session

• Couples/Family: $200/75 min session: I work with individuals that I see privately in the context of couples/family counseling as it benefits their treatment, but do not work in this context exclusively.  

 

Cancellations without 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of the agreed upon rate of the session. If you carry insurance, that fee is the full negotiated rate with your insurance company.
